- To support drivers in making sure the journeys are safe and how to support older people get in and out of the car.
- To make sure they are aware of the communication processes and who is their first point of contact.
- To know and be able to explain what an activity group is and who they are for.
- To know what tasks to carry out before, during and after activity groups.
- To know our safe driving expectations and how to support activity guests to get in and out of the car safely.
- To know how to communicate effectively and who to get in touch with if they have problems or questions.
