- Volunteers to understand the purpose of the service and to feel comfortable with speaking to older LGBT+ people, prior to the standard call companion training.

As a volunteer, it’s crucial that you respect the privacy of the prospective volunteers, volunteers, and older people, making sure you don’t share any private details they may have told you with anyone outside of Re-engage.
Your own privacy is also important so please ensure you protect yourself and your personal and sensitive information.
