  • To support you in building relationships with older people with Parkinson’s or their carers over the phone, and how to handle possible barriers effectively.
  • To understand what your role as a call companion for older people with Parkinson's, or their carers, involves.
  • To learn about Parkinson’s, its symptoms, and how it may affect conversations over the phone.
  • To understand how to make your phone calls effective and how to facilitate conversations with people with Parkinson’s.
  • To know how to report problems or any concerns you may have.
